We take back all items purchased from us up to 1 month after purchase without any ifs or buts, provided the goods are unused.

You always have an overview of your order in the "My account" area. Every change in the status of your order is listed here. We will also inform you automatically when the goods are dispatched. In a separate e-mail you will receive all the information you need to track your parcel on the DHL homepage. Unfortunately, this function is not available in some neighboring European countries.

Leave your e-mail address and our automated warehouse system will notify you as soon as the item arrives back in our warehouse.
