The permitted size of a piece of hand baggage is different for all airlines. If your hand baggage is too heavy or too large, some airlines charge additional fees or the hand baggage even has to be checked in.

The maximum size is the sum of the width + length + height and should generally not exceed 115 cm. These dimensions include wheels, handles, side bags, etc. Occasionally, however, airlines deviate from these hand luggage dimensions. Please also note that some airlines also have weight restrictions.
